CUMI centerless grinding wheels for valve stem grinding are engineered to handle one of the most demanding automotive grinding applications. Designed for setups where multiple wheels operate on a single spindle, these wheels are manufactured with extremely tight control over geometry and density to ensure uniform wear and stable grinding performance.
Using premium abrasive grains and advanced manufacturing processes, CUMI offers vitrified, resin, and rubber bond systems tailored to specific valve stem grinding requirements. Each wheel can be custom-engineered based on the grinding method—through-feed, end-feed, or in-feed—and the material and finish requirements of the component.
