Our BHT53 range of Snagging Wheels is perfect for heavy-duty fettling applications in foundries. It’s a precision blend of high-performance Zirconia grains bonded with a special blend of other tough grains that is in turn uniquely bonded with a high modulus resin system. With very low porosity levels and our unique hot press technology, these wheels have unmatched consistency.
What this means is that the range is ideally suited for high material removal of tough metals and alloys without causing metallurgical damage, which means no burn marks!
