Sales Engineer – Precision

Purpose of the Job:

This job exists to create and develop market share for Abrasives Products and Metal working Fluids in the region; the job holder also ensures the retention of existing market share from the private and government customers.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Understand market & customers and evaluate business potential opportunity.
  • Conducting trials for specific products based on the new projects requirements
  • Propose suitable product range and give quotations to the customer accordingly
  • Troubleshooting in various processes related to abrasives & tooling to improve the quality & productivity at customer end
  • Extending support on customer complaints and resolve the technical issues.
  • Maintain existing business through a routine of visiting key customers on weekly basis.
  • Work with Industrial product managers and technical team to launch new products.
  • Identifying the new customers to increase the market volume and share
  • Knowledge of receivable and ensure timely payment through routine follow ups

Educational Qualification:

Diploma Mechanical Engineer / B. Tech
